We offer a free, contactless click & collect service for online orders during store hours (Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 4pm). Simply select 'pick-up in-store' as your delivery method at checkout. We'll send you an email once your order is ready to be collected.

Free shipping over $100 (excludes sale products).
For all sale items or items under $100, we charge a $15 flat rate.
New Zealand
Kia Ora friendly neighbours! We offer free shipping to New Zealand on all orders over $250.
For all sale items or those under $250, we charge a flat rate of $25AUD.
You may be responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your item after purchase. If you are concerned about the cost of shipping please contact your International customs and duties office before placing an order.
Rest of the World
We offer free International shipping on all orders over $500
For all sale items or those under $500, we charge a flat rate of $60AUD.
Free shipping is available to most parts of the world, please check eligibility at checkout. Multiple or heavier items may incur a shipping charge if weight exceeds 2kg. Customer care will contact you following your order with a shipping estimate for such items.

We endeavour to have all orders placed before 10am, Tuesday to Saturday packed and ready straight away. All other orders will be processed as soon as possible and sent out the next business day. Once your order has been sent out for delivery, you will receive a confirmation via email to track the progress of your parcel.
Australia
Generally, orders within the same city are delivered overnight, and those in nearby cities within 2-3 days. Please allow at least a week for rural deliveries or those to state further away.
We use tracked courier post for the majority of our deliveries. All deliveries use 'authority to leave', meaning they do not require a signature and the courier will leave your package in a safe place.
Returns
We happily offer refund for return on all full-priced goods (excludes underwear, body products, food, and earrings).
We are unable to offer exchanges and instead recommend placing a new order for your desired item, and sending the return back for a refund.
Clothing and footwear to be returned must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached. Footwear must be returned with the original shoe box and packaging.
We are unable to offer a refund on any shipping costs.
Contact us at online@jimandjane.com.au as soon as possible with your order number and full name. Our customer care will get back to you as soon as possible with an RA number to post your order back with. Please fill out the RA form sent with your order and include this with your return.
Customer care must be contacted within 48 hours after receiving your item. We are only able to process refunds on items received within 7 days of RA issue date.
Cost of shipping to return the item is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend returning your item with tracked, secure post as Jim & Jane is unable to accept responsibility for any lost, damaged or stolen goods.
You are more than welcome to drop off a product for return to our store if that is more convenient. Please be aware that we are unable to process refunds for online orders in-store. A refund will be processed by our online team through shopify to the original card used to purchase.
Please allow two business days for our team to inspect your item and process a refund. You will receive a confirmation email of this once the refund has been processed.
Billing Questions
We accept almost all payment methods, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Stripe.
We’ve been inundated with requests for Afterpay and wanted you to know we won’t be embracing this trend. As avid online shoppers ourselves, we understand the 21st itch to have everything right away, however ultimately do not feel comfortable offering this option. At Jim & Jane we believe firmly in slow fashion and in making careful, considered purchases that do not have the potential to restrict our financial freedoms further down the track. We would rather not be responsible for sending customers into the wrath of third party debt collectors (last year Afterpay had 1 in 6 people default on payments), or associated with the $900 million owed to Afterpay and its competitors at the end of the 2018 financial year. As a small business, the 4% credit card surcharge is also something we’d much prefer to put towards developing new products and improving your shopping experience.
We do have old school layby available - so 80s, we know!- which we feel is a safer alternative to AfterPay that still allows you to secure a product whilst paying it off over a short period of time (one month), all whilst remaining safely out of reach of those relentless debt-collectors. If you are interested in layby-ing with us please give us a call or send us an email and we will fill you in on our layby terms and procedure.
Sale & Discount Code Terms
In order to offer more competitive discounts we only offer free shipping on Full priced items. You are welcome to click and collect or alternatively its a flat rate of $15 Australia wide
You are very welcome to use a gift voucher on a sale item both in store and on line. We recommend online vouchers as they can be used instore and online. Paper vouchers are unable to be used online - we can convert however must site the physical voucher to do so, so please keep this in mind.
Points are only able to be accrued or redeemed on full priced items.
All sale items are final sale. We are unable to exchange, refund or swap over Sale items. All items discounted are final sale so please choose carefully
Loyalty Program
The loyalty program is only available instore at our Physical store in Annandale. Any items purchased online do not accrue points and you are not able to redeem or use points through our online store. Online benefits include free shipping over $100, full refund for change of mind and lots of online only specials. We are working on getting a membership system up and running for online users, so stay tuned for updates via our mailing list! We promise not to spam you and only email every now and then for special offers.
Pop in to our Annandale store and we will sign you up. Please not you only accrue points when shopping in the store, we are unable to award loyalty points for online ( and click and collect) purchases.
Every time you shop with us you are awarded points for full price purchases in store. For every $200 you spend in store you are given a $10 voucher for your next purchase ( which is stored against your name). Please note points expire after 12 months. Points are not accrued online. Points are not accrued on Sale items and points are not redeemable for cash. You can chat to any one staff if you would like to join or check your balance.
