Please note that our in-store returns policy differs from our online policy to accomodate for the fact that customers are unable to try on items before purchase.
For items purchased in our Annandale store, we are happy to exchange or offer store credit for change of mind. Items must be unworn or unused and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Exchange must be made within 14 days and a receipt provided if you are not a member of our loyalty program.
We are unable to offer returns on sale or discounted items, earrings, body products, or food.
Refunds are only offered on the occasion when goods are deemed faulty by the manufacturer. All faulty items must be returned at your earliest convenience so we can address the issue on your behalf with the appropriate QC. Please note we take quality issues very seriously and will endeavour to sort out any issue within 10 working days.
Please note that all glassware and fragile items are checked thoroughly and packaged carefully before leaving the store.
