Sale/Reduced Price Items
Please note that we all items purchased on sale are final. We are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any reduced price or sale products.
Orders, Shipping & Delivery
Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out the next business day (Monday - Friday).
Please note that you may be responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your item after purchase. If you are concerned about the cost of shipping please contact your International customs and duties office before placing an order.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds on items received outside the timeframe provided, or on items sent without an RA form. Customers are responsible for shipping costs back to Jim & Jane, and are responsible for any lost or damaged items in the shipping process.
We offer returns for refund on all full priced items (unfortunately we are unable to offer any exchanges or returns on sale or reduced price items). We do not accept returns on earrings, hair accessories, cleaning products or body + grooming products. All items must be in perfect condition, with all original packaging in perfect condition, and with original tags attached. We will not accept a return if the tag has been removed, reattached, or the item worn (yes, we do a sniff test!).
We work really hard to ensure that all stock on our website is as up to date as possible. However, we are a small business working both online and in-person with exclusive brands, and may very occasionally be unable to keep up with demand. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified within 48 hours and be issued a refund.
